Durst Group AG is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to run the Business Unit Textile as an autonomous P&L unit with full responsibility for revenue, margin and growth. You will own the strategic product roadmap, pricing governance and the end-to-end sales and product-management cycle.

The role is based in Como (IT), reports to the CEO within a highly international group. It offers a starting gross salary of €90,000 paid in 14 installments, plus a performance bonus, a company car, and strong

Competenze

Proven track record in textile or capital equipment markets.
Full commercial responsibility for a unit (revenue, margin, budget).
Ability to bridge sales leadership and product management.
Leadership to build a scalable organization with KPI-driven governance.

Mansioni

Own full P&L for the Textile BU and drive profitable growth.
Lead the sales team, own forecast, and support complex capital-goods negotiations.
Define the BU product roadmap and set pricing targets.
Govern BU pricing and align with global pricing strategies up to the CEO/CSO.
Set go-to-market priorities and convert central marketing-qualified pipelines.
Leverage the Group CRM and data infrastructure to focus on conversion and strategy.
