Durst Group AG in Bressanone seeks a Head of Growth to lead global demand engines across markets. You will translate strategy into measurable pipeline, align marketing, sales, and product marketing, and build a scalable ABM program with data-driven decisions.

Based at HQ in South Tyrol, the role offers international exposure, a competitive gross salary and a range of employee benefits; collaboration with regional units is essential. English fluency required; German/Italian a strong plus.

Competenze

• Proven track record in a senior Growth, product marketing or demand generation role.
• Experience in industrial technology, machinery, manufacturing, software-enabled solutions or another complex, solution-based business.
• Strong ability to build scalable demand-generation and account-based marketing programs.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with data-driven pipeline focus.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills to align Sales, Business Units, Marketing and Regions.
• Fluency in English; German and/or Italian is a strong plus.
