Redline Group is partnering with a global electronics leader to recruit a technically minded Professional transitioning into a commercial Technical Sales role in Italy. Based from Milan on a hybrid basis, the role targets individuals from Electronics Engineering, Applications, Field or Technical Support backgrounds moving into sales and business development.

You will engage with customers across Italy, leveraging your electronics and instrumentation knowledge to uncover opportunities and develop

Qualifications

• Technical education or experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation or a related field.
• Experience in Electronics Engineering, Field Engineering, Technical Support, or similar.
• Interest in moving into a technical/commercial role.
• Fluent Italian and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and increase market share across Italy.
• Identify and qualify new customer and commercial opportunities.
• Use technical understanding to identify suitable solutions for customers.
• Build relationships with engineers, technical stakeholders and commercial decision-makers.
• Manage and grow an active customer base.
