Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Operation Management to oversee unit validation tests on test benches for centrifugal compressors, steam turbines and turboexpanders. You will ensure safety, quality, and accurate reporting for customer contracts.

The role requires a technical engineering degree or equivalent with 4+ years in mechanical or electrical testing, plus fluency in English and Italian. A collaborative, safety-conscious mindset is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent with 4+ years in mechanical or electrical activities.
• Ability to read technical drawings (test procedures, wiring diagrams, P&ID, GA).
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience in testing activities and data acquisition.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving.

Mansioni

• Execute unit validation test, inspection and data acquisition for validation of products and services.
• Draw up accurate testing reports.
• Read technical documentation and coordinate test bench activities safely per HSE and Quality guidelines.
• Interact with Engineering and Testing teams on technical issues and interfacing with all functions and suppliers.
• Maintain reliability of testing assets and support customers.
• Assist design and construction of new test facilities and instrumentation systems.
• Contribute to test schedule with detailed information.
