Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist - Manuf Eng Specialist to solve complex problems and lead improvements in our Assembly and Testing Custom Cell Manufacturing Engineering team in Italy. You’ll design routings for compressors and turbines, align operations on quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Diploma with manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities in a manufacturing context.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to coordinate external contractors.

• Design and develop assembly and testing routings for rotating equipment and new products.
• Support operations to ensure alignment with routing design, quality, and HSE requirements.
