Baker Hughes in Italy invites a Field Service Engineer to join our Steam Turbine team onsite with customers, leading installation and maintenance activities.

You will troubleshoot, ensure safe and compliant installations, and continually develop knowledge to deliver innovative solutions. Fluency in English and Italian is required. Travel up to 70% and EU work eligibility are expected; the role offers flexible working patterns and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Good working knowledge of installation and maintenance of rotating equipment (e.g., turbines).
• Experience in a mechanical role in energy/oil & gas environments or similar.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to guide customers through decisions.

Mansioni

• Provide technical direction for site activities to internal teams and labor to ensure safety, compliance and quality.
• Oversee, troubleshoot, and commission Steam Turbine products at customer sites.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, and briefing reports for customers and cross-functional teams.
