Job summary

Abbott in Lombardia is seeking a Territory Manager to drive commercial development across assigned accounts within Lombardia. You will lead account plans, promote Structural Interventions Therapies and collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists and hospital stakeholders to grow volumes and market share.

You will provide technical and clinical support during procedures, deliver education to physicians and cath lab teams, maintain CRM data and ensure compliance with quality and ethics

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline.
• Significant experience within the medical device industry.
• Proven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and working with Interventional Cardiologists.
• Experience with Cath Lab and/or Hybrid Operating Room procedures.
• Experience with cardiac imaging workflows and pre-/intra-procedural planning.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned accounts independently and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow procedural volumes and market share.
• Lead commercial discussions, tenders and purchasing processes.
• Defend Abbott pricing strategy and value proposition.
• Monitor competitive activities and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain CRM/SFDC data and sales forecasts.
• Report Product Event Reports and ensure compliance with quality and ethics standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Sales, Tender Management, etc.).
• Provide technical support during Structural Interventions procedures.
• Deliver product, therapy and imaging education to physicians and cath lab teams.
