Job summary

Abbott in Milan seeks a Territory Manager to drive commercial growth across accounts and promote Structural Interventions Therapies. You will partner with Interventional Cardiologists and hospital stakeholders to develop opportunities, defend pricing, and grow market share.

Travel up to 75% is required while you build relationships, manage accounts, deliver product and imaging education, and coordinate cross‑functional activities to optimize procedural workflows.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline.
• Significant experience within the medical device industry.
• Proven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures.
• Experience with Cath Lab or Hybrid OR procedures.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned accounts independently and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow volumes and market share.
• Lead commercial discussions, tenders, and purchasing processes.
• Provide technical and clinical support during Structural Interventions procedures.
• Maintain CRM data and sales forecasts; coordinate cross‑functional activities.
