Job summary

Abbott in Milan is seeking a Territory Manager to drive commercial growth across assigned accounts in the Lombardy region. You will promote Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE), support procedures, and lead account plans with Interventional Cardiologists and hospital stakeholders.

You will manage tenders, defend pricing, and expand market share while traveling up to 75% of the time. A scientific/tech background and deep medical device experience are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline.
• Significant experience within the medical device industry.
• Proven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and working with Interventional Cardiologists.
• Experience with Cardiac Occluders procedures for left atrial appendage closure/occlusion.
• Experience with imaging workflows and cardiac imaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned accounts independently and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow procedural volumes and market share.
• Lead commercial discussions, tenders, and purchasing processes.
• Defend pricing strategy and value proposition.
• Drive adoption of intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) and imaging-guided workflows.
• Provide technical and clinical support during procedures and planning.
• Collaborate with cardiology specialists to optimize workflows.
• Maintain CRM data and sales forecasts.
