Job summary

Abbott in Italy (Milan) seeks a Territory Manager to drive commercial development across accounts, promote LAAO adoption and intra-procedural imaging with ICE, and achieve sales objectives. You will work with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists and hospital stakeholders to grow market share, support procedures and optimize outcomes while defending Abbott's value proposition.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline.
• Significant experience within the medical device industry.
• Proven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures.
• Experience with Cardiac Occluders for left atrial appendage closure is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned accounts independently and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow procedural volumes and market share.
• Lead commercial discussions, tenders, and purchasing processes.
• Defend Abbott pricing strategy and value proposition.
• Monitor competitive activities and identify growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across accounts.
• Drive adoption of imaging solutions and ICE workflows.
• Provide technical support during procedures for left atrial appendage closure.
• Collaborate with clinicians to optimize procedural workflows.
• Maintain CRM/SFDC data and sales forecasts.
• Report product events per company policy.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott standards.
