Job summary

Abbott is seeking a National Sales & Therapy Specialist - LAAO & ICE Lead to drive Structural Heart therapy adoption across Italy. You will partner with regional teams, physicians, and healthcare institutions to expand centers, support complex procedures, and deliver education programs.

The role requires strong clinical expertise, stakeholder management, and a commercial mindset to influence national therapy adoption.

Qualifications

Must have degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated commercial mindset and consultative approach.
Experience in complex healthcare environments and travel nationally.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced clinical and technical leadership for Structural Heart procedures across Italy.
Serve as the national expert for LAAO and ICE therapies.
Support procedural planning, case reviews, and therapy implementation.
Deliver education programs for physicians and Cath Lab teams.
Support physician onboarding and training initiatives.
Foster best-practice sharing between centers and regions.
Collaborate with regional teams to grow therapy adoption and expand centers.
