Job summary
Abbott in Milan, Italy seeks a Sales & Therapy Specialist to drive growth for the LAAO portfolio. You will promote intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) adoption, support complex procedures, and work with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and imaging specialists to accelerate therapy uptake across the Centro‑Sud region.
The role combines clinical and commercial expertise, partnering across marketing, medical affairs, and sales to achieve regional objectives while ensuring optimal
Qualifications
- University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline.
- Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
- Experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures with ICE knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical and clinical support for LAAO procedures in Centro‑Sud Italy.
- Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists and Imaging Specialists to accelerate therapy adoption.
- Deliver product, therapy and imaging education to physicians and cath lab teams.
- Support physician training, onboarding and certification activities.
- Facilitate best-practice sharing between centres and regions.
- Support pre-procedural planning and intra-procedural imaging guidance.
- Maintain CRM/SFDC data and sales forecasts and assist with tenders.
