Music & Lights Srl in Minturno (LT) is seeking Territory Sales Engineers to grow our lighting business across Italy. You will combine technical know-how with consultative sales, running demos and building lasting relationships with designers, rental companies, system integrators, theatres and broadcasters.

The role is territory-based with a hybrid model: ~70% remote work and ~30% at the Minturno HQ for updates and visits. Travel across Italy is a key part of the job.

Competenze

• Experience as a lighting technician/operator in Concert Touring, Theatre or Broadcast/TV.
• Commercial mindset and customer focus.
• Hands-on use of grandMA3 lighting controllers or equivalent.
• Autonomy and organisational skills: planning travel schedules and reporting.
• Ability to program and manage a demo showfile with complex fixtures.
• Knowledge of English (B2) level for manuals and liaising with colleagues.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel (>60%).

Mansioni

• Develop business in the assigned territory by building a pipeline and reaching sales targets.
• Run demos and presentations, showcasing products in real workflows.
• Own the entire sales cycle: pre-sales, quotations and after-sales coordination.
• Engage specifiers with application support and technical information.
• Provide market intelligence and share feedback with R&D.
• Maintain CRM opportunity reporting and plan visits independently.
• Travel across the territory for customer visits and local events.
