Music & Lights Srl, headquartered in Minturno (LT), seeks a product engineering specialist to own a lamp from concept to market, defining specs and validating performance. You’ll test firmware, software, UI and features, and coordinate with R&D and suppliers, with about 20% travel in Italy and abroad.

Competenze

• Passion for professional lighting, especially Concert Touring, Theatre and Broadcast/TV sectors.
• Hands-on use of grandMA3 lighting controllers or equivalent.
• General knowledge of computer networks and main lighting/video protocols (sACN, Art-Net, NDI).
• Familiarity with major market players and their technical specs.
• English at B2 level for technical/commercial discussions with international teams.
• IT skills: Office suite, email and calendar management.
• Professional use of AI tools (e.g. Claude).
• Availability to travel in Italy and abroad (~20%).

Mansioni

• Define and review functional requirements, SoW, components and performance; draft validation criteria.
• Test and debug firmware, software, UI, and control menus; write technical reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare comparison test reports vs competitors; identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze deviations from project specs; engage with suppliers/customers to resolve issues.
• Support sales demos and provide technical data for manuals, guides and demonstrations.
