Music & Lights Srl, based in Minturno (LT), Italy, is seeking an R&D professional to support product development and produce technical documentation for lighting fixtures. You will create mechanical drawings, work with product specialists, and participate in design and testing activities with a focus on documentation quality.

The role involves collaboration across departments, occasional travel in Italy and abroad (about 10%), and a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for future

Competenze

• Read and produce mechanical drawings with dimensioning.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or Creo and AutoCAD.
• Basic IT skills: MS Office and email.
• Knowledge of layout software (Adobe InDesign) and document formatting.
• Technical English at B1 level for documentation and liaising with suppliers.

Mansioni

• Write product technical documentation – user manuals, technical libraries and compliance documentation – including drawings.
• Produce mechanical drawings, dimensioned drawings and exploded views of fixture parts and assemblies.
• Take part in the design and development of lighting products with designers.
• Analyse and test parts and prototypes, liaise with external teams and prepare technical reports.
• Follow up on feedback with supply chain and monitor progress.
• Work with product specialists, technical support and marketing to ensure product integration.
