DHL Global Forwarding Italy is hiring a Field Sales Specialist for the Turin region. You will develop and implement field sales plans to drive revenue growth, secure new business, and enhance customer retention.

The role requires building relationships, delivering compelling proposals, and coordinating with marketing, operations and service teams to meet targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in freight-forwarding sales, and at least B2 level English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding.
• At least B2 level English.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver sales objectives and revenue growth for the assigned geographic region.
• Secure new business and grow existing core business through repeat orders.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve problems, promote and sell products/services.
• Identify prospective customers and build relationships for future sales.
• Develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance sales and customer retention.
