DHL Global Forwarding Venice (Quarto D'Altino) seeks a Field Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in the Lombardy region. You will work with cross-functional teams to secure new business and deliver compelling sales proposals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in air freight sales, strong English skills (B2), and a proactive, customer-focused approach. The role offers engaging growth opportunities within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• 3+ years of sales experience in air freight forwarding.
• At least B2 level of English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word).

Responsabilités

• Deliver sales objectives and revenue growth for the region of responsibility.
• Secure new business and expand core business through repeat orders.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve problems, promote and sell products/services.
• Identify prospects and build relationships to generate future sales.
• Develop and deliver bids, presentations, proposals and product demos to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance sales and customer retention.
