Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Tender & Contracts Analyst based in Rome to manage the full tender process from identification to evaluation, coordinating Legal, Sales, Finance and Product Management to meet terms and conditions across submissions. You will register tenders in Nexus, review key requirements, prepare kickoff materials, support pricing analyses and ensure timely communications with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tenders & Contracts preferred (1–3 years).
• Bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking in business, economics or law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scout tender opportunities and coordinate Go/No-Go decisions.
• Register tenders in Nexus and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Review key tender requirements and terms and conditions.
• Prepare information for tender kick-off meetings and price discussions.
• Support pricing evaluations and provide tender-winning information.
• Communicate timelines and status updates with stakeholders and maintain contract docs.
