Pharma Point S.r.l. is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead end-to-end tender processes for public and hospital procurement in Italy. You will coordinate pricing, contracts and documentation across cross-functional teams to support growth.

You will monitor tenders at national, regional and local levels, ensure compliant submissions, and liaise with external agencies. Italian healthcare knowledge and SAP/ERP experience are essentials for success.

Qualifikationen

• University degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of public tender experience.
• Preferred experience in commercial operations and customer service in pharma/healthcare.
• Good understanding of Italian healthcare and public procurement environment.
• Experience managing tender documentation and administrative requirements.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent Italian and professional English.

In this role you will manage end-to-end tender processes for public and hospital procurement in Italy, while handling select customer service and commercial operations to support Cytokinetics’ growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant tender submissions and accurate pricing/contract data, serving as the operational liaison for customers, distributors and internal stakeholders. You’ll balance strategic tender management with day-to-day execution in a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to influence pricing, contracting, and tender outcomes at scale within the Italian pharma market.

• Manage end-to-end tender process for public and hospital procurement opportunities
• Monitor national, regional and local tender publications to identify opportunities
• Coordinate preparation, review and submission of tender documentation within deadlines
• Liaise with external tender agencies and procurement platforms
• Support alignment on pricing, commercial terms and tender strategy
• Maintain tender trackers and report opportunities, submissions, awards and expirations
• Monitor tender outcomes and communicate results to stakeholders
• Support forecasting and business planning via tender pipeline analysis
• Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations and industry requirements
• Provide legal guidance on tender-related matters, including contractual clauses and risk assessment
• Maintain pricing databases and commercial conditions
• Support contract creation, amendments, renewals and documentation management
• Update SAP with approved pricing and contract information
• Maintain records of awarded tenders and customer agreements
• Support commercial and market access with operational analyses and reporting
• Act as point of contact for customers, wholesalers, distributors, hospitals and procurement offices
• Coordinate internally to resolve inquiries on product availability, deliveries, contracts, pricing and tender execution
• Monitor order fulfilment and support issue resolution with Supply Chain and logistics
• Manage administrative documentation required by customers and authorities
• Maintain customer master data and relevant commercial information
• Support onboarding of new customers and distributors
• Work with Market Access, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Medical Affairs and external partners
• Support audits and compliance reviews; contribute to continuous improvement and systems/tools implementation
