Job summary

Pharma Point S.r.l. invites an experienced Tender & Customer Operations Manager to lead end-to-end public and hospital tenders in Italy, while supporting select customer service and commercial operations to drive growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions and accurate pricing data, acting as the operational liaison for customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in public tenders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills and a compliance mindset.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare tender documentation and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender process for public and hospital procurement opportunities.
• Monitor national, regional and local tender publications to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate preparation, review and submission of tender documentation within deadlines.
• Liaise with external tender agencies and procurement platforms.
• Support alignment on pricing, commercial terms and tender strategy.
• Maintain tender trackers and report opportunities, submissions, awards, and expirations.
• Provide legal guidance on tender-related matters, including contractual clauses and risk assessment.
• Update SAP with approved pricing and contract information.
• Act as point of contact for customers, wholesalers, distributors, hospitals and procurement offices.
• Coordinate internally to resolve inquiries on product availability, contracts, pricing and tender execution.
• Monitor order fulfilment and support issue resolution with Supply Chain and logistics.

In this role you will manage end-to-end tender processes for public and hospital procurement in Italy, while handling select customer service and commercial operations to support Cytokinetics’ growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant tender submissions and accurate pricing/contract data, serving as the operational liaison for customers, distributors and internal stakeholders. You’ll balance strategic tender management with day-to-day execution in a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to influence pricing, contracting, and tender outcomes at scale within the Italian pharma market.

• Manage end-to-end tender process for public and hospital procurement opportunities
• Monitor national, regional and local tender publications to identify opportunities

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related disciplines (education level not explicitly fixed)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in public tenders
• Preferred experience in commercial operations and customer service in pharma/healthcare
• Good understanding of Italian healthcare and public procurement environment
• Experience managing tender documentation and administrative requirements
