Job summary

Albacostruzioniscpa is seeking a highly motivated Tender Clerk to support public and private procurement processes with meticulous attention to detail and an organised approach.

The role covers tender management, deadline monitoring, documentary control and contractual support, requiring knowledge of procurement regulations and strong documentation skills. Based in Sant'Anastasia, travel to sites may be required and collaboration with engineers and legal/commercial staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: diploma or degree in engineering, economics, law or related disciplines.
• Experience: at least 5 years in a similar role in the building or construction sector.
• Technical knowledge: strong knowledge of the Procurement Code; familiarity with MS Office, Adobe, Price and Rate Schedules, Primus.
• Skills: organisational and problem solving, attention to detail, teamwork and managing complex competitions.

Responsibilities

• Tender Management: research calls for tenders, prepare and manage administrative, technical and economic documentation.
• Monitoring Deadlines: track deadlines, manage calendars and update supplier databases/portals.
• Verification and Documentary Control: check conformity of tender documentation with regulatory requirements.
• Negotiation and Contractual Support: assist in negotiations and prepare documents after tender award.
