Job summary

RIMOND Srl is seeking a Tender Specialist to support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for engineering and construction projects. You will oversee collection and organization of tender materials, ensure accuracy, and help deliver high-quality submissions.

The role requires an architecture/engineering background, 1–3 years' experience in construction or design practices, and strong English skills; BIM and graphic design tools such as InDesign and Photoshop are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent technical diploma.
• 1-3 years in construction, engineering, or design practices; junior candidates considered.
• Excellent written and spoken English mandatory.
• Basic understanding of design docs, construction processes, and tender procedures.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and good AutoCAD knowledge.
• Familiarity with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, Rhino) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organise, and archive tender documentation and related project materials.
• Review tender specs, design docs, quantities, and technical requirements.
• Support preparation of technical proposals and graphical materials.
• Produce layouts and graphical content for submissions.
• Coordinate contributions from internal teams and external consultants.
• Assist in requesting quotations and comparing offers from suppliers.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets, tender schedules, and document registers.
• Check completeness and compliance of tender docs before submission.
• Help the team meet deadlines and maintain document quality.
