Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for telephony systems, including troubleshooting.
• Serve as primary contact for IT service requests and maintain the help desk system.
• Assist with IT support procedures like password resets and workstation setup.
• Manage IT asset inventory and ensure accurate equipment tracking.
• Support installation of IT equipment and troubleshoot network connectivity.
• Adhere to DHA IT security policies and perform assigned duties.
