Dunext in Italy is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to drive customer engagements in photovoltaic, energy storage and EV charging projects in the European market.

You will analyze customer requirements, prepare technical proposals and ROI calculations, deliver workshops, train partners and coordinate project development, with occasional travel.

This role requires a Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years in the field, and fluent English; strong teamwork and resilience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, power electronics or energy-related majors preferred.
• More than 3 years working experience in photovoltaic, energy storage, EV charging related technology or solution sales.

Mansioni

• Market Insight: be familiar with photovoltaic and energy storage market policies and grid connection requirements of target countries.
• Solution value delivery: responsible for solution value delivery to customers and partners, including technical workshop, training for partners, participating project development, solution design, ROI calculations.
• Solution design: analyze and understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposals and ROI calculations; study product features and make comparison analyses.

Responsibilities

• Market Insight: Be familiar with the photovoltaic and energy storage market policies and grid connection requirements of the target countries;
• Solution value delivery: Responsible for the solution value delivery to customers and partners, including technical workshop, training for partners, participating project development, solution design, POC test, etc.;
• Solution design: Analyze and understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposal and make ROI calculation; Study product features and make comparison analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, with education background in electrical engineering, automation, power electronics, power systems, photovoltaics, electrochemical energy storage and other energy-related majors preferred;

Required Skills

• More than 3 years working experience in photovoltaic, energy storage, EV charging related technology or solution sales, with experience in Residential, Commercial & Industrial, Utility photovoltaic systems is preferred;
• Strong teamworkspirit and communication skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Positive attitude; responsible, resilient,and able to withstand certain pressure;
• Occasional business travel for ongoing projects, seminars, conferences etc.

Pay range and compensation package
