Arkema is seeking a Technical Service and Development Engineer to support customers across EMEA in selecting and applying laminating adhesives for flexible packaging. Based in Mozzate (Como, Italy), the role connects customers, Sales, R&D and Production, conducting trials and translating needs into practical solutions aligned with production conditions.
The candidate will plan tests, validate products, prepare reports, and provide technical training while traveling up to 50% across Europe.
Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related discipline.
- At least 3 years in technical service or application development within flexible packaging.
- Strong knowledge of laminating adhesives, coating technologies and industrial applications.
Responsabilités
- Plan and conduct laboratory and industrial trials; support product validation and implementation on customer production lines.
- Interpret results and prepare reports with practical recommendations.
- Provide technical training and demonstrations for customers and sales partners; travel within Europe ~50%.
