Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Sales Manager for the Flexible Packaging adhesives business in Italy. The role blends hunting new business with growing existing accounts, reporting to the Sub-Regional Commercial Leader Italy, Iberia, Israel.

You will manage a 60-70k EUR salary range, work from home or in the office, and travel 50-70% to build long-term relationships with customers and drive market development across national accounts.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in a sales or technical sales role in the Packaging market (Flexible Packaging preferred).
• Open and proactive attitude with a focus on relationship building.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Territory development, customer prospection, local Key Account support and development of key customers.
• Manage mainly in Italy for the Flexible Packaging market.
• Collaborate to define commercial strategies with Sales Director EMEA Flex Lam and Key Account Manager Flex Lam.
• Ensure price alignment with multi-site and national accounts; provide forecasts and reports.
• Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate with quality and commercial teams.
