Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Technical Service and Development Engineer to support customers across EMEA in selecting and applying laminating adhesives for flexible packaging. Based in Mozzate, Italy, the role connects customers, Sales, R&D and Production.

The candidate will plan laboratory and industrial trials, validate products, prepare practical reports, and train customers and partners. Up to 50% travel within Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical service or application development in the flexible packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of laminating adhesives, coating technologies and their industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across Europe in selecting and applying laminating adhesives.
• Plan and conduct laboratory and industrial trials and report results.
• Provide technical training and demonstrations for customers and sales partners.
• Travel up to 50% within Europe.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
