The successful candidate will manage existing accounts, generate new business opportunities, and provide technical guidance on adhesive and lamination technologies.

Ideal applicants will have a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and proven sales experience in this market. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel extensively across Italy are essential.

• Proven sales experience within the flexible packaging industry.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of flexible packaging applications.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
