Job summary

Yazaki North America in Turin area is seeking a Technical Sales Senior Specialist to grow the Electronics & Connection Systems business, combining technical expertise with customer engagement to develop new opportunities.

You will act as the main technical interface with OEMs and Tier suppliers, translating requirements into solutions and leading RFQ scope and design-in activities. Approximately 20% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1/2), Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or Product Development with direct customer interaction.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical/electronic systems.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• French language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical interface between Yazaki and assigned customers.
• Build relationships with OEM and Tier supplier engineering teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and support product promotion and design-in activities.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions with Engineering and Product Lines.
• Lead the technical scope of RFQs and support customer negotiations.
• Follow projects from opportunity identification through product launch.
• Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and emerging technologies to anticipate future opportunities.

About The Role

Additional Information

Salary range: between €47K-52 K gross per year
