Job summary

Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa in Turin is seeking a Technical Sales Sr. Specialist to support the growth of Electronics & Connection Systems.

You will act as the main technical interface between Yazaki and assigned customers and build relationships with OEM and Tier supplier engineering teams. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, translating requirements into technical solutions with Engineering, leading RFQ scopes, and guiding projects from opportunity to launch.

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.

Responsibilities

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Technical Sales Sr. Specialist based in Turin to support the growth of our Electronics & Connection Systems (ECS) business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the main technical interface between Yazaki and assigned customers.
• Build strong relationships with OEM and Tier supplier engineering teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and support product promotion and design-in activities.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with Engineering and Product Lines.
• Lead the technical scope of RFQs and support customer negotiations.
• Follow projects from opportunity identification through product launch.
• Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and emerging technologies to anticipate future opportunities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in: Automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2), Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or Product Development, Direct customer interaction with Engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical/electronic systems
• Fluent in English and Italian
• French language skills are considered a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Availability to travel (20%).
