Qualifications

• Strong expertise in pressure-sensitive label materials and practical experience in label converting, printing and labeling application technologies.
• Commercially minded and able to connect technical solutions with customer value, account priorities and profitable growth.
• Experience in customer-facing technical work, consultative selling, application development or technical service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales development through technical expertise, customer engagement and solution-oriented collaboration.
• Act as a customer-facing contact point for technical matters coordinating inquiries and complex technical support.
• Identify and progress technically demanding opportunities from initial customer need through feasibility, testing and commercial implementation.
• Provide expert consultation on pressure-sensitive label materials, converting, printing and labeling technologies.
• Lead customer technical projects end-to-end including planning, coordination and risk management.
• Support product homologation, trials and new product implementation with clear criteria.
• Build trusted customer relationships and translate intelligence into portfolio development.
