Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH in Milan is seeking a results-driven professional to drive business development in Italy. You will act as the product expert for passive components and collaborate with distributors and sales teams to identify and win new opportunities.

You will deliver technical trainings, support design-in activities with customers, and nurture long-term relationships while traveling up to 40%.

Competenze

Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical qualification.
Minimum 2 years in a sales-driven role or engineering position with customer interaction.
Strong technical knowledge of passive components and enthusiasm for technology.
Solid commercial understanding and ability to combine technical depth with business.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable with excellent networking skills.

Mansioni

Drive business development in Italy, identifying, qualifying, and acquiring new opportunities.
Act as product expert for passive components and support distributors and sales teams.
Deliver technical trainings to distributors and FAE community and highlight product USPs.
Coordinate design-in activities with distributors, manage projects and follow-up.
Understand customer requirements and maintain relationships with distributors and customers.
