Job summary

STMicroelectronics Italia is hiring a Technical Marketing Manager to lead the Technical Marketing team and own the market positioning, value proposition, demand creation, and go-to-market for the GaN discrete power portfolio. You will work with Product/Commercial Marketing, Application Engineering, Regional Sales & Marketing, and FAEs to translate technical capabilities into customer value and business growth.

Depending on priorities, RF and Rad Hard applications may be included.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
Strong interest in power electronics and GaN technology.
Good understanding of market dynamics and product positioning.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the Technical Marketing team with clear priorities and cross-functional alignment.
Contribute to product positioning, value proposition, and pricing strategy.
Identify market opportunities with regional teams and support BU plans.
Monitor market trends and competitor solutions to keep portfolio competitive.
Conduct competition analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Support go-to-market activities with customer engagement and content.
Promote GaN, RF, and Rad Hard solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
