Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of problem solving and program management.
• Advanced knowledge of TCAD tools is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of process integration is preferred.
• Basic inter-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design reliable and robust power components for GaN technology platforms.
• Perform TCAD simulations and support physical modeling activities.
• Support technology platform qualification and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Build effective collaborations with external partners, including academia and vendors.
• Contribute to the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices across internal and external networks.
• Support project execution through strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
