STMicroelectronics in Italy is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager for GaN to lead the Technical Marketing team and drive market positioning, value proposition, demand creation and go-to-market execution for GaN discrete power products. You will collaborate with Product, Commercial Marketing, Application Engineering, Regional Sales & Marketing and FAEs to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and business growth. English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in power electronics and GaN technology.
• Good understanding of market dynamics, product positioning, and P&L.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Technical Marketing team with clear priorities and cross-functional alignment.
• Shape market positioning, value proposition and demand creation for GaN portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product/Commercial Marketing, Application Engineering and Sales.
• Monitor market trends and competition to ensure portfolio competitiveness.
• Support go-to-market activities and collect market feedback for product definition.
