Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager for the GaN discrete power portfolio in Italy. You will lead the Technical Marketing team, translate technical features into customer value, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Application Engineering, and regional sales to drive growth.

The role requires a Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, a strong interest in power electronics and GaN, excellent English communication, and a proactive, structured approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in power electronics and wide bandgap tech, preferably GaN.
• Understanding of market dynamics, product positioning, and P&L.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and structured mindset.
• Experience with RF or Rad Hard applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Marketing team with clear priorities and cross-functional alignment.
• Shape market positioning, value proposition, and NPI pricing strategies.
• Identify market opportunities with regional teams and contribute to demand creation.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to keep portfolio competitive.
• Support go-to-market activities with customer engagement and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote GaN, RF, and Rad Hard solutions.
