STMicroelectronics is seeking a Marketing & Business Development professional to drive the strategy for Silicon Carbide MOSFET products, partnering with regional teams and divisions to grow market share and revenue.

The role focuses on Industrial markets, high-density power supplies, data center and server AI, and requires collaboration with R&D, Applications, Quality and Program Management to deliver timely plans and compelling value propositions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1-2+ years in technical marketing or business development in Power semiconductors.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel.

• Generate tactics, positioning and strategy for the new and focus technologies.
