Job summary

Appian seeks a Customer Success Consultant II to join our on-site team in Mexico City, reporting to the Customer Success organization. You will architect & deliver automated solutions, integrate data across enterprise systems, and lead Agile efforts to ensure value realization for large commercial clients.

You’ll work with REST, SOAP, JDBC, and SQL to build enterprise-grade processes, mentor clients, and enable rapid adoption of Appian’s AI-powered automation platform.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS, Engineering or related technical field.
• 1+ years in software development or technical consulting.
• Strong SQL with complex queries and data modeling.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for engagements.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy automated solutions on Appian platform.
• Integrate data via REST, SOAP, JDBC connections with external systems.
• Develop relational data models and optimize DB design with SQL.
• Lead Agile delivery with cross-functional teams to rapid value.
• Collaborate with client teams to drive platform adoption and training.
