Ideofarm, the innovation hub of Powersoft S.p.A., is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy end‑to‑end AI automations within the Powersoft ecosystem. You will work on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dataverse to deliver intelligent workflows and system integrations.

Candidate should have hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and a strong foundation in SQL/Python for data tasks, plus proficiency in English for technical collaboration.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related STEM disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI, automation, or low‑code development roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building and deploying conversational agents.
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating AI services into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and connecting external systems via connectors and APIs.
• Practical experience with LLMs applied to business scenarios: prompt engineering, grounding, evaluation, deployment.

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions with stakeholders.
• Design and develop copilots using Copilot Studio grounded on company knowledge sources.
• Build automations with Power Automate and integrate AI services across the ecosystem.
• Design data structures in Dataverse with secure modeling and integration.
• Develop Power Apps interfaces to expose AI-powered functionality to users.
• Implement robust grounding strategies for knowledge bases and prompts.
