Competenze

• Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 5 years in project/program management.
• Experience in IT or digital transformation environments.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Support planning and management of complex technology transformation programs across multiple streams.
• Collaborate with Technology and Business teams to translate needs into structured initiatives.
• Monitor program KPIs, milestones, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate program governance activities across IT, business, and external vendors.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate risks to ensure delivery continuity.
• Support definition and implementation of program management frameworks within Technology.
• Coordinate initiatives involving multiple platforms and applications, including digital channels and legacy modernization.
• Prepare reporting and monitoring materials for management and steering committees.
