Edenred is seeking a Program Manager to join the Technology Department to manage complex technology transformation programs. You will ensure end-to-end governance, alignment of IT and business stakeholders, and delivery against targets, across multiple platforms and systems.

With ~5 years in IT project/program management and a PMI/PRINCE2-like approach, you will influence cross-functional teams, drive KPIs, and participate in governance with vendors. English fluency is required.

Competenze

• Approximately 5 years in program/project management within IT or digital transformation.
• Experience coordinating multi-system technology projects with IT and business stakeholders.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are a plus.

Mansioni

• Support planning and management of complex technology transformation programs across streams.
• Translate system evolution needs into structured project initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs, milestones, and risk management for programs.
• Coordinate governance across IT, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Prepare reporting for management and steering committees.
