Edenred Finland Oy is seeking a Program Manager to join the Technology Department to govern complex technology transformation programs. You will ensure cross-functional alignment across IT and business teams, monitor progress with KPIs, and manage risks to safeguard delivery targets.

The role emphasizes coordination across multiple platforms, legacy modernization, digital channel evolution, and strong stakeholder management in a hybrid work setting. Fluent English is required.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of project/program management experience in IT or digital transformation.
• Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders across multi-system projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid models and KPI-driven governance.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage complex technology transformation programs across multiple streams.
• Coordinate IT and business stakeholders, including vendors, for alignment.
• Monitor program progress with KPIs, milestones and performance indicators.
