Costa, a major Italian cruise company, is seeking a Program & Demand Manager to connect business priorities with technology execution across the IT landscape. You will drive transformation programs, shape roadmaps, and lead governance across commercial, digital, financial, and operational domains.

The role requires 8–10 years in program/demand management and a track record of delivering complex enterprise initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of experience in Program Management, Demand Management, Business Partnership, Business Analysis, PMO, Digital Transformation, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

Mansioni

• Translate business objectives into structured requirements, roadmaps, and technology initiatives to align IT strategy with delivery capacity.
• Lead complex technology-enabled initiatives with governance, planning, risk management, and value realization.
• Collaborate with Product teams, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, and external partners to maximize value from technology investments.
