Job summary

Costa Genoa Headquarters is seeking an experienced Program & Demand Manager to connect business ambitions with technology execution. You will operate at the intersection of Business and IT, translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and governance across commercial, digital, financial, and operational domains.

This role requires senior stakeholder engagement and delivery of complex transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in program management, demand management, business partnership, PMO, digital transformation or related transformations within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating priorities into initiatives, roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and delivery execution across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating objectives into structured requirements, roadmaps and technology initiatives.
• Manage complex technology-enabled initiatives with governance, planning, risk management and value realization.
• Collaborate with Product teams, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, vendors and system integrators to shape scalable solutions.
