Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Strategy & Operations to shape and execute technical strategies accelerating decarbonization across textile manufacturing. The role blends industrial engineering, climate tech research, and strategic coordination, with remote work for Italy-based candidates.

Responsibilities include coordinating research, maintaining knowledge resources, producing strategic materials, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to advance climate initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of energy consulting, decarbonization research, or technical program management.
• Experience with factory-level process engineering and industrial utilities.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to translate complex topics into structured insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research and assessments of climate technologies for decarbonization.
• Build and maintain an organized library of technical research and analyses.
• Synthesize technical information into clear frameworks and actionable insights.
• Monitor emerging technologies and implementation barriers for leadership.
• Prepare presentations, strategic materials, and briefs for internal and external audiences.
• Translate discussions into clear recommendations and next steps.
• Organize technical workshops and site visits.
• Improve knowledge-sharing systems and documentation practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across technical teams.
• Track actions, meeting outcomes, and project progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve information flow and coordination.
• Support leadership in executing high-priority initiatives.
