Bolton, based in Milan, seeks a Group Environmental Footprint Manager to join the Sustainability Team and lead group-wide climate and resource footprint initiatives. You will quantify emissions, energy use, water balance, and waste; develop strategies with business units; and steer disclosures and target setting.

You will report to the Sustainability Manager with no direct reports, and enjoy a flexible remote-friendly policy. The role blends analytics with policy design for large-scale impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
• 4–5 years of climate-related project experience in large multinational companies.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, GHG Protocol and SBTi; data analysis and sustainability reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Quantify Bolton environmental footprints (carbon, water, energy, waste) across the group.
• Design group environmental strategies and policies with business units to reduce impacts.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and disclosures like CDP/ESRS.
• Coordinate environmental audits (limited assurance per GHG Protocol) and risk assessments.
• Explore new technologies and practices to reduce emissions and enhance resilience.
• Liaise with climate, water and circularity stakeholders across the group.
