Baker Hughes in Italy seeks a Project Management Senior Specialist for Climate Technology Solutions to lead complex EPC projects in energy transition. You will drive delivery, manage costs, schedule, and quality while coordinating with global teams and customers.

The role requires an Engineering Master's degree, PMP/IPMA certification, strong financial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management. Travel internationally is expected, with a focus on value delivery and HSE leadership.

Qualificações

• Engineering Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, or equivalent.
• Experience in Project Management in Oil & Gas, Energy or Industrial sector.
• Proficiency in managing project financials (revenues, contribution margin and cash).
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• HSE leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management.
• Technical background in gas/turbines, compressors and energy transition tech.

Responsabilidades

• Drive project execution in line with contractual commitments.
• Be the go-to person for stakeholders and navigate challenges.
• Ensure project financials, on-time delivery and quality targets.
• Address and resolve project issues, report status, mitigate risks, close out.
• Interface with SMEs across hydrogen, CCUS, turbomachinery and digital solutions.
