Tenova S.p.A. in Castellanza, Italy, is seeking a Junior Proposal Engineer to join the Cold Rolling Downstream Team, supporting the preparation of technical and commercial offers in line with client requirements and project objectives.

You will collaborate with Engineering and internal functions to collect data, assist cost estimation, review supplier quotations, contribute to risk assessment, and ensure final offers are complete and consistent.

Competenze

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
• Knowledge of contract types and their main features, including international contracts.
• Knowledge of CRM and SAP.
• Knowledge of CAD Software, basic automation and data analysis tools is considered a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) and additional language is an added value.
• Strong teamwork, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Description:

For the position, the starting gross annual salary will be from € 35.000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate’s seniority, experience, and skills, as well as the outcome of the selection process.
