Jobtailor in Milano is seeking an experienced Talent Management professional to drive HR strategies, lead performance and talent reviews, and support leadership development. The role emphasizes funded training programs with Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti while ensuring strong stakeholder partnerships across functions.

You will manage learning initiatives, succession planning, and employee development projects using Workday, Excel, and related HR tools in a fast-paced matrix environment.

Competenze

• Degree in HR, economics & management, or law or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
• Solid stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
• Solid Excel proficiency.

Mansioni

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
• Coordinate performance management and talent review processes.
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Manage learning programs and leadership development activities with a focus on funded training process with Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti.
• Coordinate mentoring, coaching, and employee development programs.
• Analyze HR and talent data, preparing reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with managers on recruitment activities, ensuring attraction, selection, and retention of top talent.
• Support employee engagement and people development projects through Workday and other HR tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
