Reporting to senior leadership, you will build scalable processes around performance management, competency frameworks and career development, enabling organizational growth and a strong people culture.

Competenze

• Experience in HR business partnering, talent management or L&D.
• Experience in structured/complex orgs (consulting, multinational, or corporate).
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance management and organizational development.
• Ability to build new processes in a scaling business.

HR Business Partner – Talent Development & Learning

Our client is a fast-growing Italian technology scale-up operating at the intersection of AI, digital platforms and the consumer & lifestyle industry. Through a proprietary GenAI-based platform, the company supports leading international brands in creating and managing digital content, combining premium quality with a highly flexible and scalable service model.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the design and implementation of the company’s Talent Development and Learning strategy.

This is a strategic HR role focused on building processes, not administration. Payroll and operational HR activities are managed separately, allowing you to focus on performance management, competency frameworks, career development and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Learning & Development and Talent Management frameworks.
• Develop competency models, career paths and performance management processes.
• Partner with business leaders to drive talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Promote a structured performance culture across a creative, fast-paced environment.
• Support leadership on people development and organizational initiatives

Requirements:

• Solid experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management or Learning & Development.
• Background gained in structured and complex organizations such as consulting firms, multinational companies or corporate environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance management and organizational development.
• Comfortable building new processes within a scaling business
